HIV/AIDs Related Programs

The PLU’s Health Program Team for HARP is responsible for the development, implementation, coordination and evaluation of programs designed to reduce the incidence and impact of HIV, Sexually Transmissible Infections (STIs) and hepatitis C among priority population groups in the Gay Community of Patong

Priority population groups are: gay men and men who have sex with men (MSM), young people, sex workers, people living with HIV/AIDS 

The HARP team works in partnership with a range of island-wide, non-government and community organizations to meet the goals of reducing the rate of HIV infection down to zero.
